12 Days of Awesome Ways to Be Healthier- Day 9!

Hey! Today is Day 9 and I have yet another great tip for you guys! I’m going to jump right into it so I have time to post my quinoa recipe today as well.

Exercise Every Day.

Super duper important! Physical activity is essential to a healthy body and a sound mind.   When you are active, chemicals are released in your brain that make you happier! I’ve actually experienced this many times. Exercise is also key for your body, obviously. It is great for your heart and your muscles (depending on what you’re exercising). Making time to be physically active every day is a big part of leading a healthy lifestyle.

There’s Day 9! My recipe for Quinoa Salad is coming right up, so don’t go anywhere!
