Hi there! I’m Olivia. I love to read, cook, craft, and workout, and basically have a passion for staying busy!
I started MyDayIsBooked as a book-review site a few years ago, but over the years, as I’ve discovered healthy eating and bullet journaling, it’s grown into so much more.
Every day inspiration for a healthy lifestyle is what I hope to share with you through this blog. I’ve always been creative and am continually looking for projects to put my heart and soul into, and that ambition to DO SOMETHING is what drives my site! I believe that we all have the capacity to do amazing things, and I want to help you to bring your awesomeness to life by posting delicious, healthy recipes, bullet journaling inspiration, reading lists, and productivity tips. Through my posts, I share what keeps my day booked!
Healthy living is something that I’ve learned a lot about over the past few years, and I’ve come to love it! I started out making my own lunches, which was pretty rough- lots of boring spinach salads and little variety. But after a lot of trial and error, I found that eating healthy can be a lot more fun than it seems! Now, I incorporate whole, nutritious ingredients into super flavourful breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and, yes, DESSERTS. These fun recipes make me feel so darn good, and I hope that they inspire you to get in the kitchen!
My Bullet Journal is honestly something that I couldn’t live without- I use it each and every single day to plan and keep track of my habits and feelings. It’s also a great outlet for my creativity, allowing me to make super cute planning pages! On my blog, I share both my journaling style and how I use my journal to be more productive and look after my mental health, so whether you’re a veteran journaler or just looking to get started, there’s something for everyone!
Books were the original reading for this site, and reading is still one of my favourite activities! Each month I’ll publish a book list that’ll include books with a bunch of different genres, lengths, and styles, so there’s never a dull moment! I’ll also share reading challenges and tips on how to read more each day.
In addition to my recipes, bullet journal and book lists, I share little bits of every day inspiration for getting productive and living your best, healthy life. Look forward to some great productivity tips, as well as kitchen guides!
