Only 6 days until the 25th!! I can’t contain myself!! Although, as the days are winding down I’m sad that the 12 Days of Awesome Ways to Be Healthier are coming to a close:((. But don’t you worry! There are still 4 days left! Day 8s tip is down below.
Yoga is good for a lot of things, including flexibility and balance. It’s also a great way to start the day. I joined a yoga club, and each Wednesday we practice yoga in the morning before school. Going through the different poses allows me to meditate and focus on what I want my day to look like. Try yoga in the mornings to energize and prepare you for the day ahead!!
I definitely recommend that you try yoga. It’s good for you and fun at the same time! Come back here tomorrow for Day 9 and my quinoa salad recipe. See you later!
