12 Days of Awesome Ways to Be Healthier- Day 5

10 Days left until Christmas!!! I can’t wait!! In the meantime, here is the fifth day of twelve!!

Drink More Water.

This is something I need to start doing!!! I went to a nutrition session with my volleyball team last year, and I learned that you should drink 3-4 litres of water a day, and another litre for each hour of physical activity you do. I definitely don’t drink that amount!!! Water is important because it flushes toxins from you’re body and obviously keeps you hydrated. Our bodies are made up of mostly water. So drink more of the stuff!
